Why Participant Logix exists

Participant Logix was shaped through years working inside the realities of the NDIS and disability sector, across senior relationship, education, and strategic marketing leadership roles spanning participant-facing environments, provider systems, and referral pathways.

Over that time, one pattern became impossible to ignore. Many providers deliver quality support, but participants and families are too often left to navigate complex systems, funding structures, and onboarding processes without enough clear, practical education. The result is confusion, overwhelm, inconsistent expectations, and growing pressure on already stretched teams.
